Anxiety Mirror is a mental wellness app that helps you manage anxiety through guided breathing, grounding, body scan, and journaling exercises. Your privacy matters to us.

Data We Collect

Stored Locally on Your Device

• Session history (dates, techniques used, scores)
• Resilience score and streak data
• Journal entries
• Achievement progress
• App preferences (language, night mode, notifications)
• Community thoughts you post

This data never leaves your device. We do not have access to it, and it is not backed up to any server.

Analytics (PostHog)

We use PostHog (EU-hosted) to collect anonymous usage data:

• Which features are used (e.g., “session completed”, “technique selected”)
• App events (e.g., “onboarding completed”, “share tapped”)
• Device type and OS version

We do NOT collect:

• Your name, email, or any personal identifiers
• Journal entries or community thoughts content
• Location data
• Contacts or photos

Payments (RevenueCat)

If you subscribe to premium features, payment is processed through Google Play. RevenueCat manages subscription status. We never see your payment details.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. Analytics data is anonymous and aggregated.

Data Deletion

All app data is stored locally. To delete it:

1. Open Settings in the app
2. Tap “Reset data”
3. Confirm deletion

Alternatively, uninstalling the app removes all data.

Children’s Privacy

Anxiety Mirror is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
